What is PAyment assist?

At Autotest, we use Payment Assist to help make cars repairs more affordable for our customers. Payment Assist is a consumer finance provider established in 2013, offering interest-free, no-fee short-term payment plans for services like vehicle repairs. They are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), under firm number 622544.

How PAyment assist works

When your car repair has been done, you pay just 25% of the total bill upfront using your debit card.

Autotest receives the full repair cost from Payment Assist, so your repair is paid for and ready to drive away.

The remaining 75% is split into 3 equal monthly instalments collected via Recurring Card Payment Authority.
